Stuart McDonald is a retired Staff Inspector with the Cornwall Police Service.  He is married to Helen Dunlop’s sister.  A number of men have sworn in affidavits that  they saw Stuart McDonald at the home of Ken Seguin and at that time in the company of other prominent men such as lawyer Malcolm MacDonald and Police Chief Claude Shaver.
