Wells: Brendon Wells

Brendon Wells was a staff Sgt. with the Cornwall Police Service in the early 90s when the illegal $32,000 pay-off of David Silmser transpired, and when Perry Dunlop stumbled upon the Silmser allegations, realized his police force was no longer investigating, and reported  the allegations to the Children’s Aid Society.

By the time the Cornwall Public Inquiry was underway on mid 2000 Brendon Wells had attained the rank of Inspector.
