Curt Flanagan  

Curt Flanagan is a Crown attorney in Brockville, Ontario. 

The son of former Ottawa Chief of Police Thomas G. Flanagan, Curt Flanagan was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1982.   He articled at the firm where Justice Colin McKinnon was a lawyer (Beament Green). 

From 1983 – 1985 Curt Flanagan worked as a per diem Crown in Ottawa, Ontario.  From 1985 to 1993 he was an assistant Crown in Ottawa. In 1993 Curt Flanagan became Crown attorney in Brockville, Ontario.    

Curt Flanagan was the Crown in the prosecution of former Cornwall Crown attorney Malcolm MacDonald which saw MacDonald receive an absolute discharge on a plea of guilty to obstruction of justice. Flanagan was also consulted and/or involved in some capacity in various Cornwall Project Truth sex abuse files.
