Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the appointment 
of Justice Glaude. While instrumental in bringing the long-awaited 
Inquiry to Cornwall, Jim and his staff have had no impact upon the 
selection of Justice Glaude. This was done to ensure the selection 
proceeded in an impartial manner. As a result, the Office of the 
Attorney General was responsible for the appointment of Justice 
Glaude on April 18, 2005.
